In the team of RENEE NIZIMALLY - Customer Service Supervisor, your daily tasks will look like:

  • Quickly and effectively respond to customer requests by email or telephone
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction and propose solutions best adapted to their situation
  • Promote/accompany customers on portal functionalities and new features
  • Work closely with Operations and Billing staff
  • Connect to customers' operational meetings at their request
  • Assist in the integration of new VIP customers by communicating with customer suppliers to integrate them into the new platform
  • Perform all other related tasks

  • Work schedule : Monday to friday 8am to 4.30pm
  • Completed high school diploma
  • 2 to 5 years of customer service experience in a trucking company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • General computer skills
  • Analytical thinking and good management of priorities
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Knowledge of TruckMate software (asset).
