Catherine Morneau is a finalist at the Gala des Mercuriades

Groupe Morneau is very pleased to announce the nomination of Catherine Morneau, General Manager and Executive Vice-President, as a finalist at the Gala Les Mercuriades organized by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec in the category "Upcoming Women of exception”.

The unveiling of the finalists took place on Friday, March 25th virtually. It was during this event that Catherine Morneau received the trophy awarded to the finalists. Groupe Morneau submitted her candidacy following her appointment in the fall of 2021 as General Manager. Catherine is one of a very small group of women who exercise such a high level leadership in the trucking industry.

“Exceptional leader, at only 35 years old, Catherine demonstrates undeniable skills in team management and strategic planning, as demonstrated by the excellent overall performance of the company. She is very interested in others, in what is in their head, but also in what is in their heart, which makes her an extremely empathetic being” says André Morneau, President.

The Gala Les Mercuriades will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal on Monday, May 2.
