The 7th Empowering Business Forum.
The 7th Empowering Business Forum brought together more than 150 collaborators from Groupe Morneau in Saint-Arsène this year. It was a day of collaboration, reflection, and talent development, reinforcing our commitment to our corporate culture.
About the 7th Empowering Business Forum
Much more than just an event, the Forum is a unique collective experience that we organize every year. It invites each participant to reflect, develop and connect around the values that unite us.
It's a valuable opportunity to transform our practices, consolidate our commitment and spread our company culture.
For this special edition, which was entirely bilingual, we welcomed collaborators from our various terminals in Quebec, Ontario and Labrador.
The wide range of professions represented encouraged enriching exchanges and collaborative workshops where every voice was heard.
Together, we built a common vision for sustaining and evolving our organisational culture.
Inspiring moments to shape our day-to-day working lives
One of the highlights was the inspiring vision shared by André Morneau, Chairman of the Board. He emphasised the importance of our roots and the need to pass on our culture on a daily basis.
David and Catherine Morneau, Co-Chairmen, also delivered a clear and motivating message: whatever your role, you have the power to bring ideas, initiate change, and actively contribute to our collective success, thus underlining the role of every collaborator as a leader and project initiator.
The guest speakers included David Côté, co-founder of Loop Mission; Émilie Gaudreault, solutions architect at Vooban; Cathy Larouche and Nathalie Brière, co-founders of Co-créateur, who enriched the discussions with their unique perspectives, encouraging us to push back our boundaries and create a positive impact in our teams and our day-to-day practices.
The involvement of our collaborators: a driving force
This forum was an opportunity to highlight the remarkable commitment of our teams in implementing and promoting our company culture.
Every initiative, every collaboration and every project embodies our values and reflects our shared vision for the future.
A heartfelt thank you to our Responsible Company committee - Martin Laforest, Johanne Dhawotal, Caroline Huot, Steve Blouin, Maryse Ouellet, Geneviève Perreault, Stéphane Bérubé and Éric Blais.
