Being an administrative collaborator at Groupe Morneau means being paid between $61 939 – $76 513 / year.

In the team of JERRY ARIGANELLO - Operations Supervisor, your daily tasks will look like:

  • Plan and allocate departures for trailer transfers (Truck Mate) and the line-up (Excel)
  • Position drivers on correct routes (Truck Mate) and the line-up (Excel) if possible in keeping with their personal constraints
  • Plan so as to respect departure line-up times
  • Monitor the trip departure status in Truck Mate
  • Communicate with the garage when necessary (repair needed, follow-up, delays, PMP, etc.)
  • In the absence of a service center, coordinate mechanical repairs
  • Transfer and perform necessary follow-up with involved departments when a problem arises
  • Implement departure planning for trailer transfers in Truck Mate and in the line-up, making adjustments when necessary
  • Comply with Bill 430 when planning travel
  • Daily Local Dispatch : pickups and deliveries in Truckmate ;
  • Work in close collaboration with various departments related to operations
  • Perform all other related tasks

  • Be able to work the following schedule :
  • Hiring until January : Monday to friday 10am to 6.30pm
  • After January : Monday to friday  1.30pm to 10pm
  • Diploma in Logisitics or Operations ;
  • Sense of priority, rigor and teamwork ;
  • Strong planning and analysis skills ;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively ;
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions ;
  • Ease of learning and ease in the use of different systems ;
  • Knowledge of road transport laws and regulations (Bill 430) ;
  • Experience in planning routes (asset) ;
  • Knowledge of ISAAC and TruckMate (asset).
